As you can see from the Amazon description this is a wind powered drill. I needed to drill on a windless day so I was up the proverbial creek. I tried hooking up a big fan to blow on it, but the drill knew somehow and refused to turn. Next time I will get a hydrogen fuel cell drill, or hydroelectric drill so I won't be left in a lurch.
