This Dormer A190 jobber length drill bit set contains 60 high-speed steel drill bits, including one each of wire gauge sizes #60 through #1, with a black oxide finish and a 118-degree conventional point for use in general-purpose applications on ferrous material. High-speed steel (HSS) provides hardness for wear resistance, and the black oxide finish acts as a lubricant to reduce wear while promoting chip and coolant flow. These jobber length drill bits have a drilling depth up to four times their diameter. The round shank accommodates most drill chucks. The set comes in a plastic index case with labeled compartments for identification and organization.
